Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, amendments, returns, exchanges, and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, billing, orders, and services.
Prepare and process debit notes, credit notes, and other customer-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Track, analyse, and prepare reports on customer service performance, order fulfilment, and key operational metrics.
Manage daily workflow priorities, coordinate schedules, and ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, order management, or sales support.
Hands-on experience using ERP systems for order processing and customer management.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience or knowledge in meat processing, food manufacturing, or FMCG environments will be advantageous
